Corporate IT transformation using Microsoft365
I was part of the Change Management team during one of Denmarks biggest corporates transitions to Microsoft365. I was part of the team for the duration of the project (1,5 years) and during that time all solutions were upgraded and gathered into Microsoft365. Our team did everything in regards to Change Management for the project and made sure that all users were as happy as possible with this new big change. The result was a significant increase in users actually utilizing the new tools and helped them collaborate in much more efficient ways. This ultimately maximized the ROI on the leadership’s strategic initiatives for benefitting from new technology.

For a global client within pharma I worked as part of the technical implementation team. Over the years as an IT worker, Technical Consultant and a freelancer I have held trainings and courses for small teams, departments, corporates and cross-companies. Training is one of the key elements in an IT implementation and making sure that everything is at the person who actually needs to use the system’s level is key. Therefore I do my very best trying to bring the technical stuff down to a minimum, unless a more advanced level is requested.

I’m a passionate Change Management consultant who loves IT and getting new systems implemented in companies in the best way possible. I focus on the users in the process, and make sure that they are going to love their new way of working. IT changes and implementations can be tricky and more often than not, people are not happy with the changes to their usual work processes. My main goal is to keep your colleagues, management and team happy while your company gets the most out of your IT investment.
Furthermore, I have experience as a technical consultant within Microsoft365, with a specific focus on Teams, SharePoint, Forms, Yammer, OneDrive, Planner and most of the M365 suite. I love the more technical side of implementations because it offers the opportunity to deep dive into your company’s work processes. This helps me understand your employees daily lives and thereby make the transition to new technology much easier.
